Induction Day
Dear Students/Parents/Guardians
We would like to make you aware of our plans for the Lower Sixth Induction Day, which will take place on Wednesday 6th September 2023, from 10am until 3:30pm.
Please could you arrive at Reception at 10am where we will meet you, along with some members of the Upper Sixth, and you will be taken to the Sixth Form Meeting Room. The dress code for the day is full Sixth Form uniform (please see the attached letter regarding dress code). Please note that jumpers (including hoodies) are not permitted in place of a blazer and all skirts must adhere to the guidance in the dress code (also accounting for skirts with slits at the back).
You will have an opportunity during the induction to buy a Sixth Form tie or pin-badge from the school shop, if you have not already done so.
The induction will include meeting your new tutor and tutor group, having your photo taken for your lunch card, and lunch will also be included. You will also be assigned a locker, so you should bring a padlock with you.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you of the Pizza Evening on Tuesday 4th July, starting at 6pm in the Henderson Centre Meeting Room.
