Sports Fixtures
All fixture information can be found at our sports website (https://www.stgeorges-sport.com) which is regularly updated. There is no need to log in to access this site, although the password ‘SGCWsports’ needs to be entered to view team sheet information.
You can see the team selected for the fixture wherever you see this blue image (see below). Normally we announce team selections at least the day before and in some cases 48 hours before a fixture.
You can navigate to the Sports Calendar via the main menu, and then select the day you are interested in and then click the Details link. This shows the venue and if we are playing away will also have a link to the location map of our opponent's school.
You can add this site to your phone home screen by tapping the ‘share’ button and selecting ‘add to home screen’. It will then display as a normal app. More detailed instructions can be found linked here – Apple i0S or Android.
On a desktop PC you can find out which team your child is in quickly by going to the Sports Calendar/Todays Teams section and using the CONTROL + F keys to search for your child.
From any team’s Fixtures & Results listings you can also download the entire fixture list to your personal calendar on your PC or mobile device. Any changes we make to our fixtures will be synchronised with your personal calendar whenever you connect your PC or mobile device to the Internet. Instructions on how to do this are found here.
Extra-Curricular Sports/Clubs
Before and after school clubs and training sessions are found on our SOCS co-curricular page (https://www.socscms.com/login/227/parent) where you can sign your child(ren) up for all extra-curricular activities/clubs/training sessions etc.
You will need to login using the primary email address you registered with the school (the one emails from SGC are sent to). The first time you login you will need to ‘Activate Account’ and an email will be sent with an activation link where you can set a password.
If you have previously activated your account but need to reset the password there is a ‘Forgot Password’ button that you can use to get a reset link sent to you via email.
If you don't receive the emails with the activation links – you may need to check your junk folder or add 'noreply@misocs.com' to your safe senders list and try again.
Pupils may also login using their regular school username and password i.e. the same one used for Firefly/Microsoft apps etc.
